The top label is in good condition with light wear, and there are no areas where the label is worn through. The disc underside shows moderate to heavy scratching, including some semi-deep or long scratches, but the game has been tested and works despite this. The case is in acceptable condition with noticeable scratches, small stains, small rips, major creases, and other signs of wear. 

Functionality condition:

While the game has a noticeable amount of scratches, it has been fully tested and works great.
